  •  The policyholder must be the company and the insured members must be its employees (with direct dependents can be added).

We strive to register new members promptly. Our standard timeframe for issuing MetLife cards after enrollment is five working days.

Our standard group policy offers comprehensive medical coverage, yet we prioritize individual needs. To ensure prompt processing of your claim, you or someone on your behalf must inform us of any claim within 10 calendar days from the date of the incident. While we've simplified the process, please verify that you're following the correct procedure, as it may vary slightly between policies.

Once you've registered your policies with MyMetLife, you'll typically have access to your products, manage your policies.

You can register all active and valid individual life policies, as well as accident and health policies issued to you by MetLife Jordan. However, you won't be able to register any MetLife policy issued to you through your employer.

You can register as many policies as you have. Additionally, you can choose to link all your other policies to the same login ID (email) and password using our "Link Policy" option.

First, ensure that your password meets the following criteria: it should be between 8 and 13 characters, alphanumeric (A-Z, a-z, 0-9), begin and end with an alphabet, and contain at least two numbers. Including both letters and numbers in your password enhances its security and reduces the likelihood of it being guessed or compromised by unauthorized users.

There could be several reasons why you're unable to register your policy:

1- You might have entered your policy number incorrectly. Double-check your policy number(s) using your bill or policy document.

2- There may be a mismatch between the policy number and password. Verify this by matching the last 4 policy digits against the 4 digits provided in the password mailer.

3- The policy you're trying to register might not be available for online registration, such as a medical policy issued by your employer.

4- The policy you're attempting to register may no longer be active or valid.
